Simi’s Outfit Has Fans Wondering If She Is Hiding A Baby Bump

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simisola Ogunleye, popularly known by her stage name, Simi, has in recent times been making the news with the surrounding rumors of her apparent pregnancy.

The “JAMB Question” singer and writer first came into the lime light back in 2008 when she started her career as a gospel artiste with the debut album, Ogaju. She then continued to make the Nigerian entertainment industry proud with her totally unique and powerful voice. Going ahead to collaborate with the likes of Adekunle Gold and Falz the bhad Guy also known as Folarin Falana.

Over the years, there have been rumors floating around Falz and Simi being in a relationship. These rumors were proved very wrong when Simi tied the knot with fellow musician and long time sweetheart of five years, Adekunle Gold, also known as Adekunle Kosoko, in a private wedding ceremony on the 9th of January, 2019 - over a year ago.

Now, the gossip surrounding the Kosokos is that Simi may be with a child but is hiding it from the preying eyes of the public.

This was revealed by Simi's devoted fans in Sierra Leone, who claimed that the Cinderella-inspired puffy ball gown that she used to perform at her show, was just a cover up for her apparently expanding tummy.

But Simi defended her outfit, stating that she had always admired Cinderella and had always wanted to be like the fairytale princess; without the suffering and glass heels of course.

She stated that she rather much preferred sneakers to glass heels because that was her fashion preference and a much more comfortable choice without doubt.

As for the young celebrity couple's marriage, everything seems absolutely rosy according to what they have both been posting on their social media pages.

For instance on Valentine's Day where Simi posted the pictures of all the gifts her husband had showered her with and when she was asked why she married Adekunle Gold, her reply was simple. She posted: “Only reason I got married was so I could wear all his clothes and never give them back. that’s the only reason why he didn’t want to get married. so love is compromise. compromise is her having her way.”
